Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Within 48 hours of payment, orders are processed and shipped (excluding Saturday / Sunday).
Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator at the time of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges and we will use the most efficient carrier (USPS, Fedex or UPS) for your order at the time of shipment.
We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS daily and will email tracking information once shipped. Domestic shipping prices are for the continental 48 states. AK and HI are subject to additional shipping charges.
International orders are shipped with First Class Package International Service. Large items like bicycles or wheels may be shipped using a different method.
Free local pick-up is available.
Items must be paid for at the time of check out.


RETURNS

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your gear for returns to be valid. Please email us at: info@shiftgearexchange.com with any concerns regarding your item(s).

Many of the items we are selling are samples and sold “as is”. Many of these items are unused but may not come with original packaging / box and/or instructions.
All items must be returned in the same condition as it left our warehouse. Any packaging or tags must be intact.
Customer satisfaction and 5 Star ratings are critical to our success; please give us the opportunity to help with any issue or concern you may have. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
SHIFT Gear Exchange is not responsible for issues concerning the fit of an item. Buyers are responsible for knowing their size requirements and are encouraged to visit a local dealer if in doubt.
Upon receipt of the product, we will refund your payment in full.
